I paid for a new license for my I2 intune tuner and it came with no instructions on how to use it. All it says is backordered completely shipped!

I purchase license and did not receive nothing. A confirmation was to be sent to my email, never got it. Tried looking in the files and see nothing about an update where i have the license.
