I2 Oil Life Monitor resets when switching tunes

2017 Chrysler 300 S V-6 and when I switch tunes the oil life gets reset to 0% and I get an Oil Change Required message. I remember having this problem years ago and it was fixed with one of the updates. Looks like it reared its ugly head again.

did you swap the pcm when this happened?

No, it's the original pcm. It happens when switching between custom tunes or the canned tunes.

hmm, not sure i recall such an issue. can you post the info file from the device?
