Intune I2 frozen on logo screen after wifi update

Post by KREEM2K1 »

I recently purchased a Diablosport Intune I2 for Chrysler. I bought this from a friend who put the stock tune back in his vehicle and unmarried the device. I plugged into my vehicle and it booted and loaded and said an update was needed. I plugged the device into a USB on my CPU and did an update via WiFi directly through the device. The update completed and said I was good to go. I unplugged the I2 from the cpu and plugged into my Chrysler vehicle it turns on then goes to logo screen but never tries loading or anything just freezes on the logo screen. The device did turn on and load up properly before the update was done. Please help!

does the i2 drive appear when you connect it to a PC?

Can you post the serial number of the device?

When plugged into my computer it does not register at all. It just stays on the logo screen and is not recognized. The serial number appears to be 14U7Z5MNWS
