Vehicle not supported

I have a 2005 RT magnum updated device before trying to tune like it told me to when I hooked up device. It states that this vehicle is not supported. But yeah, when I purchased it, it said my vehicle was supported, which is why I bought it.What do I need to do to resolve this issue this is i3 8300 50 state version

its asking you to check for an update where it will download an update for your car, then update the pcm, then you'll be able to tune it.
