Issue with live data logging 05 SRT4

I downloaded the most recent dataviewer and connect my laptop to the diablo i3 that is connected to my OBD port. I click connect and it connects to the computer. I click the play button and it tells me it can not connect to the vehicle.

i3 on the main menu?
does/did the old DVB stream for you?
