hard to say whether the long tubes will require a new tune or not, logging once installed will tell you for sure assuming the drivability is fine.
T2 and i3 offer the same tuning capabilities, Trinity does add the monitor, real time display, performance tests, etc.
Dont bother with a throttle body or injectors for now. Cam swap is a great idea, once you get there, consider an intake manifold upgrade as well.
