Application does not support your vehicle

I have a Diablosport Predator 2 (7202) for my 2014 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with the gas 6.0 engine. When I try to use the tuner, I get the "Application does not support your vehicle" message. After it reloads the application, I get the same message. I was under the impression that this vehicle was covered. I have made sure the software was updated. Anyone else having this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ok, I was told by the representative on the phone that the tuner will not work with an "incomplete vehicle" which is what this truck came from the factory as. The company I used to work for got it brand new with no bed. (Pick-up box delete) NOT a cab and chassis, but still classified as an incomplete vehicle. They put a flatbed on it, later changed to a u-haul type cargo box, and that is how I bought it from them. I then put a regular pick-up bed on it. Is there any chance this type of vehicle will have coverage in the future or does anyone know if there is anyway possible to do a tune with any type or brand of programmer on an incomplete vehicle? Sorry for all the trouble! Thank you!

The inTune 3 or Trinity 2 will work here. This is a specific issue with the P2 devices.
