I have a new to me 2016 Jeep JKU with sprintex supercharger. It came with the display and I3 tuner. When plugging the I3 tuner into my computer all the files are empty including the tunes file..
The jeep is a manual and i'm converting it to automatic. I have a new automatic ECU flashed with my correct VIN and I need to load the same tune into the auto ECU. I'm a bit confused that the tuner doesn't show anything.
Any help/suggestions? I dont want to loose the tuning that is on the manual ECU.

Re: I3 Missing Tunes & ECU Swap
the folders are only populated once you read a backup or write a tune from the device to the vehicle.
Assuming you restored the stock tune with the manual pcm, and the vehicle is running properly on the new auto pcm, you can simply plug it in and select a tune from the menu and let it read the backup and load the new tune.
