DiabloSport Predator 2 Dodge Ram regear no option

i bought, DiabloSport Predator 2 for Dodge Ram HEMI 2003 1500, i recently re gear my truck from stock to 465 i thought i would have an option to help the transmission not to chase the gears. but it does not. do i just tune it up? to help the transmission? or should i return it? thank you

2003 Ram is rather limited in functionality. Is the speedometer off? Does it throw any codes currently?
If it needs recalibration, I am not 100% sure what the best solution is.

No codes,the speedometer is not off, from what i was told was that the it will be better for the transmission to be programmed to the new gears. but ive been driving the truck and it seems fine, just dont want the transmission to be getting worn out
