I3 Won’t tune newly unlocked PCM

Please please help me I have a 2019 Dodge charger that needs a custom tune to run.(Camshaft swap) I had the PCM unlocked for Diablo tuning and I have tried both my tazer double bypass cable and the DiabloSport bypass cable to no avail same results each time. The tuner is not married and is up to date, called in multiple times and reset/updated the device. Here’s the rundown, Plug in tool, IGN to on device powers up press tune vehicle from there it doesn’t matter what choice you pick it proceeds to check for the original backup file and displays “Factory Data Required please reinstall the original ECU and try again or contact technical assistance” The PCM calibration/software is absolutely 100 percent stock and it doesn’t even attempt to pull the stock file. Please help I’m at my wits end, this was my first DiabloSport product and it’s not been a great experience at all

Was it your factory PCM that was unlocked? If not you need to reinstall the factory PCM and let the device read it first before swapping PCM.

yeah the way this works is, we need to read the skim data from the original pcm that is still locked. Is that PCM available?
