Hello,
I purchased a second license for Trinity 2 a while back for a 2014 dodge challenger VIN: 2C3CDYBT6EH203327
Was never able to tune that car (or restore its factory tune through the diablo tool) because it didn't have the stock bootloader on the pcm...and I never sent it in to diablosport to have it reflashed because ended up selling the car.
Now just picked up 06 300 SRT8 and wanted to use that second license for this car.
Can you guys reset the 2nd license for me?

if it was unable to tune the car, the license was not used.

I have a Trinity T2 EX diablosport, and I've attached the info.xml file from the tools file directory here.
I checked in the Tool/Info setting on the T2, and it says used licenses 2...so even though I bought a second license and was never able to tune that previous car, it still used up the license...
Are you able to reset it?

did you connect to a 3rd vehicle at some point and make a change?
you've got 3 VINs showing here, 2 are married and using the licenses and one is 06 300 asking for an update, but not tuned.

The first license is used on an 06 Dodge with a custom tune.
The 2nd license is used on a 2014 Dodge, but appears to have only saved a backup or adjusted something like tire size.
Last connected is the same as the unsupported cal, and it looks like it wants to update the PCM there, but can't until the 2nd license is freed up.
