Trinity 2 ex tune issue

Post by wiire »

Hey,

went to install a tune on a new to me unlocked diablo pcm.
pcm calibration failed at 86 percent several times. trinity attepmts to reboot and starts the process all over again. now the trinity cant find the pcm and pcm stores code p1602 for pcm programming. The pcm was working fine before i tried to upload the tune. super frustrating man. any tips are welcomed.

thanks

if it fails at the same place each time, it may be a problem with the file on our server. Please give us a call at 561-908-0040 with the device powered up at a pc or post the info.xml file here and we'll check it out.

Sorry if i miscommunicated mike,

I was saying that I called already. The gentleman asked me to disconnect the battery for a few mins, after that he said the only thing i can do is send it in.

not to much diagnostic there, i thought we were gonna try a force calibration or something but the convo was about 40 seconds long.

thanks mike

OK, hard to say from the pic, but most unlocks from other places look like someone put them together with a fisher price tool set, and this one looks like something we may have done :)

Update :

emailed this morning to follow up with my case.
I received a response with an attachment file to drag and drop on the device drive.
I was told to update device, Drag and drop the file and then try to retune the truck.
Update looked like it went well, device rebooted. When I drag the file over it shows a message on the device that cancels the install.

Emailed the gentleman a screen shot of the message and he responded by saying my case is being escalated to calibrations.

New xml file also attached for review

Will Keep you posted on Status.

Thanks
