My DiabloSport Trinity has recently started acting up

HI, My DiabloSport Trinity has recently started acting up, and I’m dealing with a pretty frustrating issue. The screen was switching back and forth on its own, constantly jumping to the PID setup screen and then back to the main display every couple of minutes.

I ran a firmware update last week. While the update did fix the erratic screen jumping, it introduced a new problem that's just as annoying. After the engine is turned off and the vehicle goes into sleep mode overnight, the device wakes up normally when I start the truck the next morning—but it fails to read any PID data from the vehicle.
