RMA? Don't bother, heres a string of e-mails below from diablo................. what a cluster. Note the original RMA was 1/13/09. Once again a miracle of the internet and e-mail deflects accountability.
After i ordered the pred from your website i had to order the power supply and cable so i went to your site and ordered it, again your site kicked me to shopatron (they suck). After two weeks the parts did not arrive, they did not answer two e-mails and two phone calls. The parts nevevr did arrive, the only way i got my money back was to have my credit card company argue the charge...........shopatron sucks, now i think maybe diablo does too........................KMA

So your saying im stuck with this tuner, even though the CRUISE CONTROL DON'T WORK WITH ANY OF THE TUNES INSTALLED AND THE PART THROTTLE PERFORMANCE IS LUCKLUSTER AT BEST, STOCK IS BETTER AT PART THROTTLE, there's your "MORE DETAILS AS TO WHAT THE UNIT IS NOT DOING AS ADVERTISED" information. I have a 05 1500 ram and it seems to me from following all the posts in your website and HTC that alot of 05 ownwers are dissatisfied like myself. If its an 05 issue why don't someone just tell us that you are aware of it and are working on it rather then ignoring posts and pretending like everything is wonderful..........
