Need Help Identifying programs in a Delta Chip

Post by wodevco »

I have a Ford Delta chip labeled "I'm Two Horny" It has a three position toggle switch. It was installed in a 2000 Ford Power Stroke Dually (2 wheel drive automatic) Previous owner had trouble burning up turbos. I think due to no cool down after hauling very heavy loads. When I brought the truck, he handed it to me and said try it at your own risk. I have tried to find a local dealer and have them check it, but none in my area who will try. I talked to a Mike Litsch at the 2008 SEMA show in Vegas and he told me to contact him if I needed help. He gave me his card with an 8oo number with ext#. Please forward this message to him if possible. Thank You

This is Mike.

Problem with the old delta chips is the only way to see what is on the chip is to read it with the burner that flashed it, and that may be tough to track down.

If you want to get the chip reflashed with some safe, reliable tunes that wont burn stuff up, call PDI at 305 218 1486, they can reflash it for you.

Thanks
Mike

Not sure i have one, it is super simple, clean the terminals on the PCM and slide the chip on, with the keys OUT of the ignition, thats it.

Mike, I have tried several times to get PDI on the phone. At first I got a message they would call back, after that all I got was a message their mailbox is full. Would I be able to send it to you and have it reflashed? If so, how much, and how long would it take?

Thanksx

Still have not been able to get any help....
