With diablosport's performance tune on my '02 SVT Focus, my PCM completely fried. Now, of course, I'm stuck with a $400 diagnostic tool since it was paired with my original PCM. If I fill out an RMA request and send my Predator in, is it possible to get it unlocked and restored? If so, how much would this put me back?

Have proof they replaced the PCM? Fax it in and they'll help you unlock.
