Cruise control fluctuation

I have the latest download on my Predator and was wondering if it is normal for the truck to be really "jerky/choppy" with the cruise control on ? Ive had the programmer for a week now and can't use the cruise control because of the way it jerks the truck around, almost like it keeps tapping the throttle.

I've got the same problem in the mountains and some hills. It's nice and smooth on the flat or going up, but when I start down the hills and mountains it starts jerking. I can put my foot on the pedal and increase my speed slightly and it is ok as long as I keep my foot on it till I get back on the flat or start up another hill. I have the latest download on my 7130 also.
