If you wanted to ADD lets say 2% fuel, you would move the slider towards Rich 2%. Now, my question...if you wanted to remove 1% of fuel to make a total addition of only 1% would you move the slider to Rich !% or move the slider to the Lean 1% side to take away 1% from the 2% you originally put in to accomplish a total of 1% addition of fuel? In other words if you already had 2% of fuel and wanted to only have 1% which way do you move the slider? Also, is it the same for adding/subtracting timing?
Thanks !

RE: Adding or taking away fuel and or timing ....
you would move it back down to Rich 1%... since that would be 1% less than the 2%...
if you went Lean 1%, that would actually be going -3, since you were at +2, then you went down to -1...
so, if you're set at +2% Rich now, move the slider down to the left 1 click so that it's at +1% Rich...

One comment on the answer 06MonteSS gave. It's correct if you are going in and modifying the canned tune, then modifying the canned tune again. However, if you save the last tune written to your PC and reload it as a custom tune, the adjusters are all back at 0% after you've loaded it. To get from +2% (which is where the adjusted canned tune was) to 1% you actually take it to -1% (which is 1% less than the last tune written).
Hopefully that doesn't just totally confuse things.
