Guys,
I have a 2007 Mustang GT with a JLT CAI, FRRP Exhaust and a diablo predator tune... I have failed 4 times already. The first two times I had the predator tune in for the JLT intake.... I have a not ready on the 02 sensor and 02 sensor heater. The last time I flashed back to stock and had two codes coming up for running too lean... So I flashed back to the JLT one but made sure I went into the parameters and turned on all of the OBDII items (Catalyst, HEGO, etc.).... this time failed with 3 things... EVAP System not ready, 02 Sensor and 02 sensor heater.. My car has 4,000 miles on it.... someone please help me figure out why I keep failing and how I can fix it.
Thanks

all cars 96 and newer have a OBD2 computer system on board for inspection how it works is as you drive the car the computer checks each one of its systems and if it passes makes it ready if it fails throws the engine light. All you have to do is leave the JLT tune in there and drive it for about 500 miles to make sure all systems are ready and it will pass. Everytime you change a tune your putting it into a not ready status and then it needs to be driven to reset or u fail like you've been

500 miles???? Ford told me 50 miles at 55mph......

it may not take 500 that's to play it safe but i also would be shocked if it only took 50

you will need to uninstall the Predator probably and re-install the stock air intake. You cannot run the car with the JLT and no tune as it will run lean and trigger the CEL. I believe some of the codes cannot be removed, regardless of miles driven, if the Predator tune is installed but DiabloSport tech support would have to chime in.
