New Cable is no help!!!!!

I received the "new & improved" cable today. It does the same thing, only locks on one side. So I trim about 1/16 off the end, now it clips but monitoring still locks up! pulls codes (none) fine, shows tune fine... but locks up on any dashboard screen, and only shows values on one guage. Is there a fix for this or can I get an RMA? I spent entirely too much money to own a product that is not operable, even after the "cable fix".

Can you tell me what revision is on the Trinity?
I have tested it in many 6.0 trucks and never seen the monitoring screen lock up as you describe.
Does the 0-60 or 1/4 mile timer work?
Does it flash the truck OK?

Mike!, Mike!, we are making progress!!!!! After installing the test tune, monitoring works perfectly, 0-60 and 1/4 mile monitor fine. I will drive tomorrow to see tune performance and fill you in... However, I cant find a screen to customize guages or shift points (as shown on the trinity page) Is that something that isnt available yet, or not for diesels?? Any how, I know I've been a PITA! but for what its worth THANKS! Now I almost feel like I can brag about your product.

The way you adjust the gauges is to go into logging, and select the gauge setup you want, and then tap the gauge you would like to change. If you are talking about the shift light, use the same steps and tap the rpm gauge.
