3 Logs - 0 are found by DataViewer

Working with the 9171 again on an 06 SS Trailblazer. Did some logged runs, and each time I get back and plug into the computer, DataViewer gets about 20 seconds into the log download and show problem detected in the lower right hand corner of the window.......what the heck? I really want to throw this thing out a window.

What revision on the Predator and what version of Dataviewer?

Mike, the revision on the Predator is the newest, as well as DataViewer. I just downloaded DataViewer yesterday. Predator is what, 9r...DataViewer is 3.2.

I just left it sitting plugged in and "communicating" for about 2 hours, and somewhere in there it finally went. I might try another log today and see how it goes. It seems like every one of the programs I've tried, it takes about 6 restarts and tries on the computer for it to work......that's just my luck though.
