08 6.4 Powerstroke Exreme puck Removing for service

I have a 08 f250 6.4 powerstroke, I need to take it in for service, can I just unplug the puck itself from the harness and leave harness and in cab control installed? Thanks!

I would advise against that unless you have a mod friendly dealer.

I'm just wondering how you like your power puck?? I bought one and out it in hoping to get some better mileage from it but i really don't see any. I do notice some power increase, it doesn't seem like a 100 hp thou. Just looking for a little feedback.

I feel the same way! No big power increase and no big diff. in mpg ! The hp increase is very minimal also.
