Trinity killed my car

I plugged my Trinity for the first time in my 05 NSRT-4. I tried to mess with the rev limit a little bit just to see if it works and saved the tune but it wouldn't save. So the Trinity shuts off and restarts saying that the last tune couldn't be saved. And says to restore original backup so I click ok but it won't even do that!! Says some PCM:bootup string missing/vpp issue. Does anyone know what is going on? Now i'm stuck at home. I am on the stage 3 pcm. Please help!! I'm so screwed.

i sent my pcm and my trinity back to diablosport. they paid for next day air shipping and back. i shipped it off monday and just got it back today. everything works. seems to be no problems so far. i don't know what happened but its fixed for now. i believe it may have been the cable since a new cable was included.

that type of service makes the price of these units worth it. People forget about all the costs of the back-end support for these things, it's a lot more than just some hardware. I can guess that a Predator, mass produced, is fairly cheap to make, but the amount of time that goes into the tuning, and support of these items is the bulk of the purchase price. This makes me feel confident about buying a DS tuner.
