Data log to Computer?

How do I pull the recorded log off the Predator to the computer? I am having no luck! Help

Use our dataviewer program.

What tool is it?
What revision?

OK, got it working now. I am using the 7137 with crom 4. Has there been any updates to the shifting yet, my 08 ram still seems to have a bog at the shift. Very slow upshifts.

Also is there a way to pick the PID's from the tool in the viewer? Seems I can't find all the PIDs the tuner has requested.
