2007 Escalade tried to load tune, now will not start

This U7194 was installed in my customers vehicle for a year. He took it to the dealer and they reflashed it to stock. I tried to reload his tune. The message (The last tune did not finish. The original will be restored.) It quit programming at 4%, and the truck would not start. I took the pcm to the dealer and had them reflash it. The truck now runs, but I am scared to try loading the tune. The screen with the message is the only one I see when I power up the Predator. Can this Predator be restored/fixed?

Give us a call with the tool powered up so we can reset it for you and then update it tothe latest revision, all will be fine.
