(your vehicles cal-id probably isn't supported in that (new) crom. If the predator us NOT locked to the vehicle, you could probably flash it back to the older crom that worked and at least you could run your car tuned...

Let DS know that your calid is not supported in the new crom, and they will tell you what they need, and it will probably be added to the next release)

If you attempt to update your Predator to the latest crom and it gives you a serial flash error message, you will need to go back to your previous revision...

there is no need to update your 7194 for your 2007 corvette... the 9r11 revision was just to add support for additional newer vehicles....

you need to update it back to the 9r10 revision, or whatever revision you were on before...

do you have the previous revision file from the last time you updated it?

hmmm... I don't have 9r08, but I do have 9r10 which was the last stable release...

Still need help, I put in crom 9r10 and it said this tool was improperly upgraded.pleas downgrade to the previous version. Need 9r07 or 9r08 anybody that would have it i would appreciate it thanks.

Why don"t we have a file system to be able to go back and download older file if needed.

I like that idea too. For fellas like me who just bought a Predator last week could use the option of downloading the older CROMs.

I don't want to give off the impression that I am a big pain to everyone. I'm just giving my 2c in hopes to make things better.

had the truck at the dealer and they updated the software. went to install pred again and it said unsupportred cal id. urgraded to 9r11from 9r08 and got the no serial flash message before i even hooked it up to the truck. reinstalled 9r08 and that actually allows me to modify stock tune?.. can someone send me 9r10 to try.. [email protected]

I'm with you. Post 'em up with a disclaimer and let folks have them to DL. There seem to be plenty of instances where folks could "downgrade" to have functionality until a new release shows up.

tried 9r10... cal id not supported..however it did save my original backup.. here they are

Still haveing a proplem I installed 9r08 crom now it says contact tech support this tool was improperly upgraded please downgrade to previous version, well i just did that,now what can i do, do i need 9r07, 6,5 ,4 or what , maybe a cleaner type file so you can clean up and reload new crom.
