Rough Ilde on 04 Dodge 2500 in cold weather

Experensing the same problum in cold weather, My Puck on a 2004 2500 Dodge,when set on the high setting engine runs rough in extreme cold weather below 35 degrees. Have any anwers why?

The added pressure may tend to cause it to run rough when it goes into its cold/high idle mode.

Turning the puck off whould solve the problem during warmup.
