Trinity Monitoring problems

Hello I just got my trinity and the gauges in the monitoring mode are not displaying correctly. All the rings around the wiper gauges are missing and the slider gauge is just blank. I also can not change the back ground on the monitor. I just updated the trinity with the latest download thinking it might fix it but didnt. Im also having problems when I open the moniotring selection. all the guages are bouncing around and I have to close it and reopen it to get them to work. Any Ideas of what the problem could be?
