94 Mustang 3.8L Auto with DeltaChip?

Hello im new to this forum and site and have been looking into Tune's. I have a 94 mustang 3.8L V6 Auto. It has GT take off exhaust, and a BBK cold air intake. Will the deltachip work with the 94's computer?
