I have a predator tune that I use on my Charger 08. I have been using the Data Viewer 3.2 to track performance. I am wondering if there is a way that i can see the percentage of the Air,fuel mixture? I here you can see it on a dyno, but not sure if its possible with the predator. Please help.

Unfortunately not, you will need to install a wideband O2 sensor.

how do I get a wideband 02 sensor, and how does it install? is it something I can install?

I have a 2006 300c and I can see air fuel ratio when I data log I don't know why you would not be able to. Do a data log and make sure you select A/F when you are selecting what you want to monitor. You will find AFR under fuel.

when i log that pid it does nothing, it shows up on dataviewer but there is no variation and that can't possibly be correct. steve128h, you can order a wideband system online or buy from your local speed shop. I have a Innovate LC1 and db gauge. i haven't installed it yet but it was recommended to me even though without another module it only logs AFR against time. alot of guys like zeitronix and wideband commander by dyno jet.

The A/F parameter that the Predator can log is "commanded" afr. For a stock engine it should be pretty close. As soon as you add physical modifications it can diverge from actual afr.

It isn't adaptive, if that's what you're asking. It will always command the same thing, regardless of your mods.

Well, yes. Well within 6 seconds of closed loop operation I believe. Due to the feedback from the narrowbands. But that's the actual AFR in closed loop operation. The commanded afr is a calculated model and many assumptions (constants) are made based on the physical characteristics of the stock engine. In open loop operation the adaptives are a smaller contributor to your AFR.
Now that you mention it, I'm not positive that the "commanded" afr takes into account the fuel trim adjustment. I think it does but I'm not sure.

It does not. Chrysler PCMs command a stoich A/F of 14.38 during closed loop. The stock narrow band 02 of course pulls it up to ~14.7 through the Long/Short Term Fuel Trim.
