Automatic transmission slipping

I have a 98 Mustang with a 2003 Mach 1 32v engine. The automatic transmission worked fine until I uploaded the predator tune. The tuner was unable to get any horsepower out of it. I later adjusted the transmission pressure all the way up and it seemed to do better, but still slips. Is there a new revision to address this problem?

What version is the tool currently on? It should be labeled at the top of the main screen while the tool is powered up. Also, when you restore the vehicle back to stock, does the trans problem go away or does it get worst? If it gets worst and you are raising shift pressure and/or shift firmness in the tune, then you have a slipping transmission...

No, it is from the 1998 gt...aode

98 gt PCM, wire harness, etc. Only the engine has been swapped. Had to convert to coil packs.

If you did the engine swap and are still running the stock 98 ECU you should have a custom tune for everything to work correctly.

I had a custom tune done, however there are no other parameters to modify in the transmission other than shift pressure. Has this not been a problem for others with automatic transmissions?
