2006 Mustang 4.6L with Roush system-NEED CUSTOM TUNE FILE!

The car is a 2006 Mustang GT 4.6L V8 with Roush Supercharger kit, dual exhaust, speed pulley and AFE stage 2 cold air intake kit.
Looking for a custom tune file to upload to my U7140 Predator.
Can this be done? Does someone have a file for that setup they could email me? Thank You!
