i have two reps saying my unit needs updating.(please see limepug post) where do i send it, what is the turnaround time and who do i pay? 2004 6.0 powerstroke.

wnet to rma and the only sticker on the back of my unit says 6.0. i do have the box and it has a # on it 990617 would that be the model #. also i just noticed on the box it says 03 6.0 powerstroke and mine is an 04 does this matter.

U7160 is model number.
