U7135 2005-2007LX incompatible hardware???

hi, I have a problem with my 2005-U7135 2007LX. after the flash comes with 9r23
an error message

incompartible hardware (no serial flash found) contact tech support

what can I do with the device working again?

my car: chrysler 300C SRT8 from 2007

load the 9r12 file from the U7135 downloads page.

I just had this same problem and dropped back to 9r12. Now it says it does not support my new CALID and an update may be available.
