Trinity does not work in my 2010 GMC Sierra Denali

it has the 6.2L. I have updated it with the latest update on the site but everytime i go to performance it tells me "your calibration is not currently supported." I have called the reps and they tell me the same thing. here is my original back up file. maybe it'll help
