Error Validating File ?

2006 SRT8 Charger - Installed the per CAI 93 octane tune - went well.
Went to Modify Stock tunes - did the temp changes - rev limiter in drive 6600k raised shift points - proceeded to install tune now - erroe message read - ERROR VALIDATING FILE - wHAT im I doing wrong? Is Per 93 CAI tune different from Modify STOCK tunes?

Help me !!!!

Good morning Mike -
I didn't go to work today too tired trying to make this work til 2 am..
I bought this tuner 4-15-10 from Maryland Speed but first time installing it yesterday - just read the 14 day return policy-
Installing the 93 CAI went well - but modfiing parameters, I make all changes fan settings limiter when promt to install now - it reads Error valadating file - this morning I updated the tuner from your website from 9R22 to 9r23 - tried it again same results - what is error code U0101?

OK, lets try to get this unit swapped out if possible.

I am not familiar with this issue and would like to test this unit here on the bench.

Contact Maryland speed, Brandon should be able to help you out.

If not, fill out the rma request and we'll fix it asap.

I left 2 email on the customer Contact link - they dont have a phone number - no response yet.
I waited a whole year for this Prediator always a reason why I couldn't afford it - I just bought it one day and now I'm catching hell from the old lady.....just kidding she is awesome and supportive!

Recieved the replacemnt unit -
and the screen is still reading ERROR- the same error meassage "error validating file" only when trying to install modifyied tunes -
(fan settings - rev limiter - add the options sub menu under the Modify parameters)
I looked into the car on board CPU and the date is July 5th 2005 version V4.06 pn 04843155AF. I bought this car back in Oct 2005.I'm sure this was one of the first early build of SRT Chargers released. Do you think the electronics CPU is not compatible with the Prediator. Is there an option to purchase a custom ready tune prepared by DS with the per 93 oct. with CAI with modified options shift limiter to 66k, temp setting low side 185, temp setting high side 195, raised shift points.reset transmission all under one tune? Instead of trying to modify under modify parameter which don't accept with my car? Kind of tricking the unit to accept tune all in one command?
