Uninstall / Restore Original Backup

2008 Chrysler 300C 5.7 Hemi with a U7135 Rev 9r23

Had to take the car in to the dealership to have something looked at so decided to uninstall my Predator first. When I got to the dealer, the mechanic told me had an error "No comms with TCM" when he connected to the car with his tool (StarScan I presume).

I had uninstalled from the Predator menu as follows:

Performance Tunes--> Diablo Tunes-->Original Backup--> Install Tune

Is there any difference between doing what I did and this:

Option--> Troubleshooting--> Original Backup?

I was still able to read the car's VIN number. Does this mean I was not completely uninstalled?

Nope, you are all good, sounds like a starscan issue.
