Dyno Tune Question, a little confused...

Hello everyone! I am new to the forums as well as to the Grand Cherokee SRT8. I bought one a month ago, 2010 with 2400 Miles.

My SRT8 is currently in Miami, but I have plans of bringing it over to Colombia, South America (Where I live). I keep hearing a lot of good things about "Johan's Dyno Tunes", and I figured since I have my SRT8 in Florida maybe I can take it over for some advice.

I don't know anything about dyno tunes or anything, and my question is...

If I take over my SRT8 for a Dyno Tune, will that Dyno tune work here in Colombia just like it would work in the US? I'm asking because of the altitude differences and maybe weather etc... I was told not to mess with the computer because everything I do in Miami will probably not work here...

Is there any way to make it work?

And also... I plan on buying it Headers, and Borla exhaust. If I do the Dyno tune before buying those, will the tune still work after I buy them or have to do one again?
