Customer service sucks

After 4 phone calls 5 emails, pm's and all the posts I have made on here you still do not have an answer for the problems I have with your puck. 3 different pucks were used and all set off the same codes. The problems with the pucks for the 2010 dodge are real as there are other post about the exact same issues.

Would of been nice of you guys to stand up and say there is a problem but I guess that is how you run this company.

So I can happily say you can take your puck and shove it.
