U7142 problem

Just did an original backup on a 2003 Cobra , and when I'm trying to download the ori file on my computer it says that device does not appear to have original backup or last tune .
What is my problem .

Did you restore the backup?

If you did, it removes it fromthe tool, and there is nothing to export.
