New and Need Help

OK, Long story short. Got truck back to stock. Have just performed a ton of repairs at dealer. Decided to do EGR.....(well you know...dont know bout your forum rules, but others would not let me talk about this) So now the check engine light is on because of P0401 which is insufficient flow to EGR(well no kidding) So I want to turn the light off. If I buy a ds predator from a guy can I have a tune written to turn this light off. I do not want any mods done again to trcuk, just want that code gone and yet check engine light to work in case something is really wrong. Help, Thanks.
06 Ford F250. not sure of the infor for the programmer as I have bot bought it yet.
