Has the support number that shows on the Diablo Trinity T1000 been taken over by a marketing company?
The number that shows (800-531-5484 Ext 1) gets you to some kind of automated sales pitch that you can't get out of. Nevermind trying to get to extension 1, that's what it expects your response to be to throw their pitch at you using a real person reading a script and they don't stop until you hang up.
Then, when I called 561-908-0040x5, I sat on on hold for an hour without speaking to anyone, only hearing the ads and "sorry about the wait" message. I forget what led me to dial extension 5.
Finally called 561-908-0040x4 and got someone within a few minutes.
