2010 dodge 2500 updates where are they?

Come on guys I've had my U7137 for three weeks now. Updated it to the 9r08 and still didn't work, called tech and they said if would be a week . Two weeks later still nothing. When will the updates be released?

I've been waiting since 5/11. Thanks for posting. Hopefully they'll realize there are more of us around with non working predators.
