99 Ford F250 Super Duty PSD - Vehicle not in database

I just purchased a new U7170. When I connected it, I got the 'Vehicle not in database' message with a Cal_Id of 'VJAE3U3'. I have read from other posts that this happens.?.?.?. Can you help?

Does this tool display a revision of 8r01 on the main screen?

I installed the 8r03 version and I get the same message 'Vehicle not in database' Cal_Id VJAE3U3. What seems to be the trouble here guys? I see a lot of posts from people with the same problems - some are even a couple weeks old! You need to put some people on this and get it fixed or you will see a lot of units coming back!
