Need adjustment for New Gears

2008 Chevy Silverado
Stock gears were 3.73 swapped to 4.88 gears
need an adjustment for the new gears after the 9r18 update

They both seem to work.
I've tried both and the speedo is right with both of them.
The 1st tune seemed to possibly have a little more torque to it but could just have been the difference in the update.
Is there something to check to determine which one I should run?
