Lossing HP with my predator not gaining?????

Ok i have a 2001 Ford mustang gt. I bought a diablo predator U7146 9.r09. i have bassani offroad x-pipe, borla stinger cat-back, C&L 75mm Throttle body and upper plenum, K&N Intake, And Underdrive pullys. i put my car on the dyno and we did a pull with out the predator it made 265 HP and 308TQ. put the predator with the 93 tune. Made 257 HP and 297TQ.... explane that???? it was loosing power all over the chart not just peek power, it was also running a little lean. so we added more fuel made a little change in air fuel ratio we added up to 28% more fuel and still couldnt get it to run where it needed to be until the 2nd pull at 28% and went off the chart rich. so lowered it back down and finally got it right and 3% dont know why it wouldnt take it the first time we bumped the fuel up but we got it right had no more issues out of air fuel. but still loosing power compared to stock. Next, we tryed changing the globle spark Advance. everytime we tryed to change it would never set on what we wanted it always went WAY ADVANCE and running like crap it wouldnt would always come on the screen with a bunch of weird numbers and stuff didnt look the was it was suppose to until you hit one of the arrows didnt matter witch one then it would go to the screen it is suppose to be on and would be at 4 deg advanced.we tryed everything nuttin worked exept putting the original backup in it. Blake Walker at Walker Dyno is the one that tunner my car he has done alot of these predators on mustangs he has never seen anything like this, he has never seen one loss power. what do i do? i didnt pay all this money for a predator for my car to run like crap and loss power. please help...

What revision is it?? I ran one on my personal car (a 98 GT) and it was one of my few mods and I ran [email protected] with stock 2.73's still. You should not have to be adding 28% fuel. Did you log the runs stock? What are your fuel trims? Fuel pump duty cycle? MAF voltage?

im not adding 28% anymore it was like the predator wasnt installing it right when it started working right i only added 3% and that was perfect.
