I hooked up my trinity to the Camaro finally (just traded my SRT4 for it) I'm used to using the trinity with my SRT4 but with the camaro things seem diff.
First off. Is there no 93octane tune for the Camaro? I'm seeing a Diablo Tune, which ive never seen before, and a 91octane tune...
Second. I set speed limiter to "off" but tonight it kicked in and the HUD showed "speed limited to 155"
Third. What is the COD and DoD? I'm not framiliar with this... what do they do?
Fourth. The HUD displayed "Engine Power Reduced" while writing the Diablo Tune. Is this normal?
Finally. Since I'm running Ethanol Free 93Octane (yeah the good stuff) do I need to make any adjustments to the fuel or timing?
Wow never thought tuning N/A would be more complicated than getting the WOT Fuel to 11.5afr across the board on a 21psi stock turbo SRT4.. >.<

i couldnt get the speed limiter to work either.
COD is if you have your cats still on leave that option on. DOD is the displacement on demand that switches your car from 8 cylinders to 4 cylinders when cruising.
my g8 gt says the same thing when writing a tune so it should be normal.
for the fuel part you will usually have to adjust the injector slope and power enrichment if you have performance mods added on your car. for the timing i think you will need a custom tune

Log for knock to adjust for timing, just like on the skittle....
Post your last tune written and original backup if you want to disable the limiter for now.

the speed limiter is not ever set to "disabled"... the mph is simply set to a mph value that you'd never reach anyway...
COT is Catalytice Over Temp protection.. if you still have catalytic converters on the car, leave it alone... if you do not, then you can disable the COT...
DOD is the same as AFM - 8cyl switching to 4cyl... you can disable it so that it always stays and runs on all 8 cylinders...
DIC flashing messages while you flash a tune to the ECM is normal...
do some data logging to see where your average LTFT's are at, and then adjust your injector slope accordingly...
