Datalog Log Troubles with CMR_DAT

I have been trying to view my datalog from the predator for about 2 hours now. Tried it on my old PIII 650 Windows 2000 machine, my P4 laptop Windows XP Home and also my 64bit Pentium D machine running windwos Professional x64.

I CONSTANTLY get this error that says " An unsupported operation was attempted". Seems like it is doing it for EVERY entry that the log has. So I put a paperweight on the ENTER key and after about a good 40 minutes.....still same thing. Is there a way to see this log? I made some WOT runs and want to make sure all is well.

I was able to convert the log to an excel document and view it on a graph that I made within excel. This is the only way I was able to see what was going on, I really dont want to do that all the time as the software should be doing the same thing.

Attached is the file that I retireved after many troubles and ONLY on my old PIII computer that has a dedicated serial port.

I too am having the same issue. I just got my 7146 and went to run the log and same thing happened. I hope the issue can be resolved soon.

I am also having the same problem i have a 7146 also and i get the same error and ive tried several times with no luck at all

I have added a CMR DAT FAQ. Hopefully you will find an answer that works there.

I do not have a solution for this particular problem at this time, an investigation is pending.

The U7158 I purchased does the same thing on the data viewer in my PC.

I had the same problem, In my case I fixed It by removing and installing the data veiwer untill I got It all .The download should start with the Diablosport logo and licnece aggreement ,worked for me
