I just bought a new 2011 Silverado 5.3 and need to know what I need to update my predator to work with it. I had a 2007 newer body style GMC with the 5.3... The software is v.9r07

If it is over 2 years old it may not allow you to update to the latest.

if your 7194 was bought before july 2008, then it will be an older one that is not updatable to the newer bigger crom revision update for 2011 support...

Hello there I have bought a Predator 7194 and I have also used the stock Diablo tune on my Camaro2010SS. But it wasn´t able to remove the speed govenor. So after reading a little I decided to update the unit to a newer revision . After several hours of playing around on my computer with this I am now writing for some help. I have downloaded the latest revision and I have just read this bit about the predator being older trhan 2008 doesn´t allow the newer crom. I have had trouble just even getting it to be recognized on the computer but I was lucky twice it then started to install and crashed after about 6072 from the 111288. This happened twice like I said. But it shows only file corrupted or missing. Or sometims "installing bootloader and other times showing the Baud rate. So now I have a Camaro that is tuned but I have no original file to transfer back. What can I do ? Any suggestions please.? Now it doe´sn´t even show the Predator startup it goes into KROS or something and then app missing or corrupt. Any ideas. Thanks for your time.
