What is wrong with my trinity?

I haven't had this only a couple of days, but I can't use the touch screen and the buttons, you have to hit several times before you can switch icons. It seems like it doesn't like to update, can't get it to the lastest incremental update. When I try to make my own gauges display, I get to the edit command and it freezes everytime. Since I am usually at work until 5:00 mtn. time I can't call support, and they aren't open on the weekends. Any help would be appreciated. t1000 trinity - version latest - 300C SRT 8 2006

Try backing the screws out a 1/4 or 1/2 turn on the back of the tool.

Nope didn't do anything, tried in 1/4 turns, even tried tightening, nothing works

Let's see, I tryed letting the auto downloader do it, but it never did. So then I downloaded the update to my computer and tryed to manually install it to the TOOL, which didn't work either. I also think it wants a vehicle update also, and one time it said, tool isn't married to vehicle. I had more headaches with this than anything before. I am beginning to wonder if it is worth it. But thanks for trying to help!

OK, tried to update tool again, acts like it did, but can't see the A when I got to options. So I guess not. Also this is what the tool says. Trinity dcx gas does not support Calidi 04692392AI ... Tool update might be avaliable and then a phone number. Also making a new layout of gages still freezes at the edit command. Hope this helps to solve this tools problem. Still says tool not married.

I have sent my trinity back to you yesterday, hopefully the new one will work with my vehicle, I'll keep my fingers crossed. Thanks for all the help in this matter

Got the new trinity today, updated it and it is working like it is suppose to, so far, need to figure out where the speedo gage is, when making up my own gages. Can't seem to find it anywhere, anybody know where it is at?

Look under Foundation Inputs. That's where it is for the SRT-4.
